Choose your Own Orlando Food Tour adventure
A frequent DM I get is that I should host food tours around Orlando. As fun as that would be, I know that’s an excursion reserved only for my close friends, but it did make me think it would be helpful to create some foodie tour options for all of you!
It’s organized by different neighborhoods so your food adventure isn’t reserved just to the more popular downtown Orlando areas.
FOODIE TOUR TIPS:
As badly as you are going to want to chow down at every spot, you’ll never make it unless you pace yourself. Spilt everything you get with your friends, and don’t over order.
Wear comfy clothes because as the day goes on, you are sure to get a bit bloated. Stretchy pants or dresses are always a good idea.
If you are trying out a new spot, ask the staff what they recommend and let them educate you on the cuisine while you keep an open mind.
Make sure you have places to stop between each food stop, so you can let your food settle and explore more of the area you are in.
Pack a cooler of drinks to have on hand so you can save a little money on beverages.
If you encounter a bathroom emergency, find the nearest Publix bathroom. It’s gonna be your best bet for a clean place to howl.
Share your adventures and tag the spots you go to so it encourages others to visit these local businesses, and leave helpful reviews.
Be kind and respectful to all the staff you encounter and tip them!
