96 places to eat during AAPI Month in Orlando
One of the best things about Orlando by far is the diverse culinary offerings that have expanded in the past decade. While there are still dishes we all long to see on the scene, thanks to small business owners, we now don’t have to travel as far to get some of our favorite dishes that, in the past, we often could only find when traveling to bigger cities.
With May being AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) Heritage Month, it’s the perfect time to look at the surrounding offerings and visit a new spot.
This is far from a complete list, thanks to all the talent in Orlando. I personally have so many on my list to still visit, like Top Top Hot Pot, Yummy Taste, Boku Sushi, Takumi Ramen, Veggie Garden, and Kombu Sushi.
Another great resource if you want to stay in the know is the public Orlando Asian Foodies Facebook group. They will undoubtedly keep you more in the loop on the newest spots opening and what is worth trying than I ever could dream to.
For now, this is my list of places to put on your radar, and as my travels continue, I will add to this list. There will always be much debate as to who reigns supreme in each category, but I leave that up to you and your friends to tackle as you go out and explore.
